    You can bring your tickets printed or on your smart phone, a master copy will also be on the gate.

    Seating on the Night

    No seating is provided with your cinema ticket, unless you have booked a premium ticket package. Otherwise you will need to bring your own seating with you. This can be a bean bag, camping chair, air chair or rug and cushions.

    Food & Drink

    We do not allow food and drink to be brought onsite at the screenings. There will be a selection of hot food, a full bar and hot drinks on offer. Sweet treats such as popcorn will also be available.

    Payments

    We are a cashless venue, which means only cards are accepted for purchases made on the night.

    Weather

    The event will go ahead in wet weather. Cinestock will only cancel the event if the weather becomes a dangers to the audience and staff. Please come prepared for wet weather and dress warmly, even on the warmest of days it is likely to get cooler in the evenings.

    Refunds

    Tickets are non-refundable, unless we have to cancel the event for any reason before the film begins to play. If this occurs Cinestock will refund 100% of the ticket money including booking fee. If you are not able to attend, you can always pass your tickets onto friends and family.
