Our award-winning wines
Discover the excellence of award-winning wines. In the Wine Garden, guests can indulge in the prestigious wine of the month and other selections from our sister estate, Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate.
Nestled on the Southern Coast of South Africa, Benguela Cove stands out as a prominent wine producer in a country that is renowned for its award-winning wines.
As twilight descends, take a leisurely stroll through the gardens and follow the path past our vineyard to witness our own vines coming to life in the vibrant spring season. Our four-acre vineyard, cultivating Pinot Noir and Pinotage grapes, offers an enchanting backdrop with panoramic views of Leonardslee House, the impressive 7m Faith sculpture, and the serene South Downs.
Excitingly, in the near future, visitors and admirers of Leonardslee will have the opportunity to toast with a glass of Sussex, as our very own English wine is set to debut later this year.
What is sabrage?
Sabre the moment and learn the age-old technique of opening a bottle of sparkling wine with a sabre at Leonardslee Lates.
